First Baptist Church will be having a back to school Rally on July 29th from 5:00 PM -7:00PM. Free school supplies, backpack, face painting, hot dogs and chips! There will be representatives from the Alexandria Public Library, Community Center, Police and Fire Departments, Madison County Health Department, and more!
Students enrolled in Alexandria Schools are invited. Please bring picture ID and mail with address for proof of residency.
If you would like to donate, you can send or drop off a check or supplies to First Baptist Church, 2107 S Park Ave on SR 9 next to El Chile Poblano.
School supplies needed most are dry erase markers, #2 pencils (Ticonderoga is teacher preference), Crayola crayons (24 count), and plain 2-pocket folders.
