Good Morning, Tiger Families! I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to everyone for helping to make the start of our school year a great success. Your students have done an outstanding job adjusting to changes and getting back in the groove of their new schedules. We couldn't have done it without all of your support.
As we look at the next couple of weeks, there are several events and items of note that you will want to mark on your calendar. Below you will find a list that will help prepare you and your family for what is to come. Also, attached is a letter helping to explain our lockdown drill process and options for this procedure. August 20th - 2 Hr Delay (Staff Professional Development)
August 26th - Jr/Sr High Pictures (Information will be sent home this week.)
August 27th - Lockdown Drill @ AMJSHS
September 1st - Labor Day (No School), Fun Run @ 6:00 pm, Powder Puff Football @ 7:00 pm
September 1st - 5th - 2025 Homecoming Week
September 4th - ASVAB Testing (Entire Junior Class)
September 5th - Homecoming Parade @ 4:45 pm, Homecoming Football Game 7:00 pm, Homecoming Dance (following football game in auxiliary gym)
September 17th - 2 Hr Delay (Staff Professional Development)
October 6th -10th - Fall Break
